Our engineer training is vital for demonstrating product competency, as once completed each engineer (not company) is then accredited for a 24-month period to receive technical support. The product is only as good as the hands that it is in, and our expectation is that engineers will want to demonstrate their competency by joining the training. Our policy is not to provide any technical support unless to any engineer in the field unless they can confirm a valid training date against our register.
